Auditorium Upgradation Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Upgradation of the Auditorium of the Federal Constitutional Court, including furniture and electronic equipment. Sealed bids are invited from registered firms and vendors under the single stage-two envelope procedure. Firms and vendors not already registered may register by submitting the prescribed Registration Form with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs.5,000. Interested firms and vendors must qualify as suppliers of furniture and electronic equipment. Registration Forms and Bidding Documents contain the terms and conditions, specifications, scope of work and relevant procurement information. Documents are available free of cost from the official website and may also be obtained from the procurement office on payment of Rs.500. Registration Forms must be submitted in a separate envelope and complete bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes. Technical Bids will be opened on the specified opening date and time.
