The requirements are processed through open competitive bidding for international and local bidders under applicable PPRA Rules. International tender documents may be purchased before the respective opening date and carry a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,500 per tender. Local tenders are processed through EPADS and require submission of the electronic bid together with the required original or duplicate bid set and original bid bond. Local manufacturers and suppliers must provide valid Sales Tax Registration, Income Tax and latest Professional Tax Certificates. The tenders close at 1430 hours and are opened publicly at 1500 hours on their respective dates. Bid Security is 2% excluding GST of the estimated value stated in the tender documents. The notice also extends several tender closing dates, including SND-2612/26 for Domestic Gas Meters G-1.6 and G-4 to 04 November 2026, SND-2627/26 for Cold Applied Visco Corrosion Protection Tape to 05 November 2026, SNTL-072/26 for SCADA Enabled High Pressure Dual Sensing LF EVCs to 10 November 2026, and various other enquiries through 20 November 2026. Corrigenda revise quantities for Steel Grits under SN-4802/26 to 58,000 Kgs., Domestic Gas Meters G-1.6 and G-4 under SND-2612/26 to 740,000 and 220,000 Nos. respectively, and Welder/Fitter Tool Kits under SND-2628/26 to 220 and 320 Nos. respectively.
