Administrative Support Services Procurement Tender Notice

Description

Provision of staff car drivers, office boys, janitorial staff comprising 04 male and 01 female personnel, telephone operator or receptionist, computer operators, and security personnel comprising 04 guards and 01 supervisor. The procurement comprises six lots with estimated costs of Rs. 3,731,328 for 06 staff car drivers, Rs. 2,752,992 for 06 office boys, Rs. 2,294,160 for 05 janitorial staff, Rs. 1,208,280 for 02 telephone operators or receptionists, Rs. 2,810,976 for 04 computer operators and Rs. 2,752,512 for 05 security personnel. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of each lot, amounting respectively to Rs. 186,566, Rs. 137,650, Rs. 114,708, Rs. 60,414, Rs. 140,549 and Rs. 137,626. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Method. Bidders must be registered with relevant statutory authorities and comply with SECP or Joint Stock registration where applicable, Government of Punjab Home Department requirements for security companies, FBR, PRA, EOBI and PESSI. Separate bids may be submitted for each lot, with separate technical and financial proposals for multiple lots. Complete e-bids must be uploaded by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM. Original bid security equal to 5% of the respective lot must be processed through the e-Procurement System and the original physical security instrument must also be delivered to the Procurement Office before the closing deadline. Financial rates must include applicable statutory obligations, including notified skilled baseline wages, EOBI, PESSI and Punjab Sales Tax on Services.
