Construction Of Protected U Turn Bridge Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a protected U-Turn Bridge between Treat Bakery and Pipan Wala Bridge and removal of bottlenecks alongside the canal at Canal Road, Faisalabad. The estimated cost is Rs. 170,688,000 and bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 8,534,400. The completion period is 03 months. Bidding will be conducted through the Open E-Tendering System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 and amendments. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in Category C-4 or above with valid specialization code CE02 (i, ii and v), and must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote amounts against each item and the total bid amount and upload the financial bid electronically by 14-10-2026 at 10:30 AM; quoted rates will be announced at 11:30 AM on the same date. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder must submit a 10% performance guarantee electronically within 15 days after issuance of the letter of intent.
