Provision Of Temporary Electricity Supply Arrangements Tender Notice
Description
Provision of temporary electricity supply arrangements for residents of Block H, K, L and Warehouse in LDA City Housing Scheme (Jinnah Sector), Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 22,862,714 and the bid security is Rs. 1,143,136, stated as 5% of the estimated cost. The work has a completion period of 02 months. Bidding will be conducted on item-rate basis through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Eligible engineering firms or contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, hold a valid PEC license in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes EE-04, EE-06 and CE-10, and maintain active filer NTN and PNTN status. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files, with financial rates and amounts quoted in figures and words according to the BOQ. Only technical proposals are opened initially and financial proposals of responsive bidders are opened after technical evaluation. Digital bid security must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Conditional bids and manual, postal or telegraphic bids are not accepted.
