Repair Of Electro Medical Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Repair of electro medical equipment for the financial year 2026-2027 at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi. The procurement is open to registered firms having established technical, experienced, financial and managerial capabilities and registered with the relevant department, PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments with active taxpayer status. Bidding will be conducted through electronic procurement under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Technical and financial offers must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with financial offers inclusive of all taxes and in conformity with the bidding documents. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated total bid cost is required and must be deposited electronically by generating the prescribed PSID and paying through authorized banking channels. No physical CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is required where the prescribed electronic mechanism is used.
