Irrigation Facilities Rehabilitation Improvement Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement of existing departmental facilities in Rasul Headworks Division. The estimated cost is Rs. 34.141 million and the required earnest money or bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1.707 million. The work has a time limit up to 30.06.2027. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, through the E-Procurement System or E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible contractors must be registered with FBR and PRA, have at least five years of relevant experience through framework contract, be registered with Punjab PPRA and meet the stated C-5 and above category requirement. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids will not be accepted. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. The successful bidder must furnish performance guarantee, mobilize within 7 days of acceptance, execute the agreement within 15 days and provide a time-bound execution schedule within 7 days.
