Framework Rate Contract procurement on lot-wise basis for Engine Oil 20W-50 with estimated cost Rs. 4,500,000 and 2% bid security Rs. 90,000; Engine Oil 20W-40 with estimated cost Rs. 3,360,000 and bid security Rs. 67,200; Engine Oil 10W-40 with estimated cost Rs. 1,200,000 and bid security Rs. 24,000; and Gear Oil plus Differential 85W-140-GL-5 with estimated cost Rs. 2,340,000 and bid security Rs. 46,800. Total estimated cost is Rs. 11,400,000 with total bid security of Rs. 228,000. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 will be adopted. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments for Income Tax, PST and GST, with active taxpayer profile and adequate experience. Bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted by 13-10-2026 at 01:30 PM and opened at 02:00 PM.
