X Ray Films Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of X-RAY FILMS for THQ Hospital Kamoke for FY 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee end basis. Bids are invited from reputable and financially sound firms or agencies registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelopes under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must bid for the entire or total quantity against each lot and partial quantity bids will be rejected. Original 2% bid security in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kamoke, in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit must be submitted physically one hour before opening of bids, with a soft copy attached to the Technical Proposal on the e-Procurement System. Rates must include all applicable government taxes, and items must be quoted in Technical and Financial Proposals with both Brand Name and Generic Name. Technical bids are scheduled for opening on 14-10-2026 at 10:30 AM, with online submission closing at 10:00 AM.
