Student Hostel Repair Aluminium Cabin Works Tender Notice

Engineering works comprising Annual Repair of 5 Nos Student Hostels at KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan, with estimated price Rs. 27.880 million, earnest money at 5% of Rs. 1.394 million and time limit of 3 months; and Providing and Fixing of Aluminium Cabin for ICT/IBA/IHS Office at KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan, with estimated price Rs. 9.396 million, earnest money at 5% of Rs. 0.4698 million and time limit of 3 months. Bidding is on item rates basis through the PPRA E-Tendering System under relevant PPRA Rules. Contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes may participate and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 5% of estimated or bid cost must be uploaded and the original CDR submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before opening. Bidders may attend on 19-10-2026 at 09:30 AM for retrieval of bids and announcement of quoted rates and successful bidder. Rates must be firm and final without price variation or escalation.
