Hiring Kubota Machine And Combine Harvester Services Tender Notice

Hiring the services of Kubota machines and combine harvesters for harvesting paddy crop on an area of 97 acres. The estimated price is Rs. 2,037,000 and bid security is Rs. 40,740, while performance security is 2% of the quoted rates. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote separately for the Kubota machine and combine harvester, with the area to be harvested by either machine identified at the time of contract award. Prices must be in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes, and no negotiations are allowed. Bid security must be deposited online and manual submission is not allowed.
