Training Module Msds Functional Areas Development Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for developing a training module on nine functional areas of Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) from eligible consultancy firms, consortiums, government or non-government organizations, production houses, departments or institutions registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. The estimated cost including applicable taxes is Rs. 10,000,000 and bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs. 200,000. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online by 13-10-2026 at 14:00 Hours against the PSID generated through the e-Procurement System, and late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 Hours. Bid validity is 120 days.
