Each work has a completion period of 30 days. Bidding is through the Punjab e-Procurement System on item rates under the applicable procedure, with earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost submitted through 1-Link or online bank transfer using the PSID. Manual bids are not accepted. Eligible contractors or firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC in the relevant category and specialization code and produce the original PEC license. Bids must be submitted by 14-10-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM.
