Installation of new bores with 1 HP, 3 HP, 7.5 HP and 10 HP submersible motors in Zone 1, 2, 3 and 7 including Jillani Park, Jail Road, GOR-I, Ring Road, Greater Iqbal Park and Jallo Botanical Garden Lahore on annual framework contract basis - installation of new bores with 1 HP, 3 HP, 7.5 HP and 10 HP submersible motors in Zone 4, 5, 6 and 8 including Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Ferozpur Road, Mall Road, Shadman, Shahjamal, GOR-II and GOR-III Lahore on annual framework contract basis - repair, maintenance and construction of fountains in specified parks and locations in Zones 1, 2, 3 and 7 - repair, maintenance and construction of fountains in specified parks and locations in Zones 4, 5, 6 and 8 - construction of nursing pods at different parks of Lahore on annual framework contract basis - providing and fixing of M.S. boards at different points of Lahore. The estimated cost for the bore works in Zones 1, 2, 3 and 7 is Rs 47,114,393 with bid security of Rs 2,355,000 and one-year completion period, while the corresponding works in Zones 4, 5, 6 and 8 have estimated cost of Rs 47,208,232 with bid security of Rs 2,360,000 and one-year completion period. Fountain works in each zone group have estimated cost of Rs 34,412,339 with bid security of Rs 1,720,000 and one-year completion period. Construction of nursing pods has estimated cost of Rs 42,499,442 with bid security of Rs 2,224,900 and one-year completion period. M.S. board works have estimated cost of Rs 9,672,312 with bid security of Rs 483,600 and completion period of 60 days. Bidders shall quote item-wise rates, scan complete bids and upload them electronically through Punjab e-Procurement. Bid security shall be submitted digitally. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. The successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee of 5% of contract price under Rule 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the prescribed digital mechanism.
