Renovation Of General Bus Stand Samundri Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for renovation of the General Bus Stand, Municipal Committee Samundri, to be executed during Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs 54,490,950 and earnest money is Rs 2,724,547 representing 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes, possess valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders shall complete required forms and tables, stamp and sign bidding documents, and submit bids electronically. Unit rates must be quoted in figures and words against each item on the prescribed price schedule. Quoted rates shall include applicable Government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. The successful bidder shall furnish performance security under Rule 56 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 before issuance of the Work Order and shall conduct required quality control tests at own expense.
