Description
Framework contract for procurement of conference, seminar and workshop items for the financial year 2026-27 up to June 30, 2027. The estimated cost is Rs. 0.800 million and bid security is Rs. 16,000 representing 2%. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended in 2021. Bids must be submitted online through e-Procurement Punjab by 11:30 AM on October 15, 2026, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Rates shall include GST and PST and remain valid until June 30, 2027. Bidders must provide NTN, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration evidence. Accepted bidders shall provide item samples before orders and deliver items within 10 days of the supply order. A 10% performance guarantee is required.
