Sangfor Hci Premises Support Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of SLA for Sangfor HCI on premises support. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, distributors and partners in Pakistan registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. The estimated amount is Rs 11,521,858 and bid security is Rs 230,437 representing 2% of the estimated total amount. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA 2014. Delivery terms are DDP. E-bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and hard copies are not required. Bid security shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS in the prescribed manner, and physical financial instruments including CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Supply Chain Conference Hall.
