Framework Contract Supply Fixing Items Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply and fixing of different items on rental basis for Municipal Committee Gojra for the year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 9,500,000 and bid security is Rs. 285,000 representing 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers must be registered with the e-PADS registration system and relevant authorities including FBR, PRA, NTN, PNTN and PPRA and must hold the required Pakistan Engineering Council C-06 or above category and code. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through e-PADS. Complete e-bids must be submitted online by 12:00 PM on 15 October 2026 and opened at 12:30 PM the same day. The original bid security instrument must be submitted before the electronic bid deadline. Bid validity is 120 days. Conditional tenders are not accepted and rates must be stated in figures and words.
