Maintenance and repair works for six government offices and a residence in Faisalabad. The works comprise maintenance and repair of the Office of Additional Deputy Commissioner (E), Faisalabad, estimated at Rs. 4.000 million with 5% earnest money of Rs. 0.200 million; Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner Tehsil City, Faisalabad, estimated at Rs. 2.500 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner Tehsil Saddar, Faisalabad, estimated at Rs. 2.500 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; Office of Additional Assistant Commissioner Tehsil Jaranwala, Faisalabad, estimated at Rs. 2.500 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; Residence of Additional Assistant Commissioner at Faisalabad, estimated at Rs. 2.500 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million; and House No. 9-E near Nazar Shah Street occupied by ADC Enforcement at Faisalabad, including ceiling, E.I. and paver work, estimated at Rs. 2.500 million with earnest money of Rs. 0.125 million. Bidding is on item-rate basis through Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible contractors must have a valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council licence for financial year 2026-27 and submit digital bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost. Physical CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts are not accepted. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 15-10-2026 and responsive bids will be downloaded and rates announced at 11:30 AM the same day. A 10% performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder.
