Framework contract under Rule 15 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for Printing of Assessment Papers, Attendance Sheets and Result Sheets on A4 70 GSM paper with specified brightness, whiteness, opacity, trimming and duplex-printing characteristics - Certificates/Report Cards on A4 210 GSM bleach card with specified brightness, whiteness, opacity and four-color printing - Khaki Legal Size 70 GSM Envelopes with required quality, cutting, cleanliness and tear resistance. Eligible general order suppliers, manufacturers and trading firms must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, possess professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 and be registered on Punjab e-Procurement. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost, Rs.880,000, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, submitted electronically through the prescribed Punjab e-Procurement process. Bids must be submitted online by 23 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must quote rates for each item in the class-wise package with PST and without PST, and any item without a quoted rate will make the bid non-responsive. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire package with PST.
