Framework contract for procurement of Laboratory Reagents, Chemicals, Medical Devices and Laboratory Consumables for financial year 2026-27, comprising Diagnostic Screening Tests and Test Strips - Blood Specimen Collection Tubes and Vials - Laboratory Reagents and Quality Control Materials - Laboratory Consumables and Disposables - Small Laboratory Equipment and Accessories - Chemistry Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis - CBC Analyzer on Reagent Rental Basis. Estimated budgets are Rs.7,500,000, Rs.1,500,000, Rs.1,500,000, Rs.500,000, Rs.250,000, Rs.4,500,000 and Rs.2,500,000 respectively, with bid security at 2% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.150,000, Rs.30,000, Rs.30,000, Rs.10,000, Rs.5,000, Rs.90,000 and Rs.50,000 respectively. Manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors and suppliers engaged in laboratory items may participate if they are registered on Punjab e-Procurement and have documented experience supplying laboratory items to at least one hospital with minimum 150 beds. Procurement shall use Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement and physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. E-bids must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date at the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu. If the submission date is a public holiday, the next working day shall apply at the same time and venue. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided and applicable taxes and stamp duty will be deducted under government rules.
