Hiring of Cleaning, Housekeeping, Hygiene Maintenance and Waste Management Services for Model Cattle Market, Lahore, with estimated cost of Rs.20,000,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and bid security of Rs.400,000 representing 2% of the estimated amount. Registered companies, firms and sole proprietors with valid Income Tax NTN and PRA Sales Tax registration may participate. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Signed and stamped technical and financial bids must be submitted by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date through the e-procurement portal in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently on a date and time to be announced. Bid security must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using the generated PSID by the submission deadline. Financial proposals must include all applicable taxes. Incomplete proposals shall not be considered, bid validity is 90 days from the last submission date, and issuance of work order is subject to budget approval.
