Removal Snow Landslides Bna Kozagali Roads Tender Notice

Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority invites bids under Open Tendering – Post Qualification of Contractors procedure for Package No.01/2026-27/DIR-II covering removal of snow, avalanches, landslides, boulders and illegally dumped materials and clearance of drains/culverts on Barrian-Nathiagali-Abbottabad (BNA) Road of 57.50 KM and Kozagali-Ayubia-Khanspur Road of 6.15 KM. Estimated cost is Rs.70.000 million. Required PEC category is C-4 or above. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost and non-refundable tender entry fee is Rs.21,000. Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 19 October 2026 at 12:00 hours and opened at 12:30 hours on the same day. Original Call Deposit and detailed profile as required under the Post Qualification Criteria must reach the Deputy Director (Procurement), PKHA, Attached Departments Complex, Gate No.5, Khyber Road, Peshawar before the closing date and time. Call Deposit/Bank Guarantees of scheduled banks in favour of Managing Director PKHA are acceptable.
