Peshawar Development Authority invites bids through EPADS under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 on Single Stage Two Envelope system under Rule 14(2)(b), on percentage above/below on BOQ/Engineer cost estimate based on MRS-2025. Package-11 covers construction of Left-over portion of Service Roads and Structures from KM 5+000 to KM 9+350, estimated cost Rs.1,649.281 million, required PEC category C-1 & Above, bid security 2% of estimated cost and tender document fee Rs.5,000. Package-IV covers construction of Left Over Service Roads and other associated works from RD 9+350 to 13+700, estimated cost Rs.1,457.388 million, PEC C-1 & Above, bid security 2% and tender document fee Rs.5,000. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS by 20 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of Director Projects, PDA. Bidders must be registered with EPADS, PEC for 2026-27, KPRA, FBR with active NTN and PDA Provincial Enlistment Committee. Original bid security/additional security and tender fee must be submitted physically by registered post/courier before the closing date and time.
