Medical Health Insurance Piedmc Employees Tender Notice
Description
Medical Health Insurance of PIEDMC employees for hospitalization and maternity for a period of one year, renewable, under Contract No. PIE/P&C/MHI2645. E-bids are invited from companies or groups of companies rated not below AA+, registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, included in the active taxpayers list and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available free of cost through PPRA, PIEDMC and Punjab e-Procurement websites. E-bids duly completed, signed, stamped and conforming to the bidding documents must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 3:00 PM and opened at 3:30 PM on the same date. Bid security is Rs.299,000, stated as 2% of the estimated cost, and must be submitted online exclusively through Bank of Punjab according to Punjab e-Procurement requirements; physical CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Bank Draft will not be accepted. Procurement shall comply with Finance Department Government of Punjab instructions. Bids from firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false or misleading information may be cancelled and recommended for punitive action. PIEDMC may reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
