Provision of engineering consultancy services for rural electrification program - system augmentation program - long term planning ABC cable works and deposit works through single stage two envelope procedure bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS registration on EPADS is mandatory and manual bids are not accepted bid security in shape of deposit at call bank draft pay order or bank guarantee must be submitted in original before deadline and copy attached with electronic bid conditional bids will not be accepted
