Procurement of operational support materials for health facilities including DHQs THQs RHCs and BHUs for installation and operational use under framework contract through single stage two envelope procedure bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS with separate technical and financial proposals properly signed and stamped bids must be submitted online before deadline and opened on same day bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with procurement rules
