Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI) invites e-bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors for supply of medical grade refrigerators maintained at 2°C to 8°C. Lot 1 covers one double-door refrigerator with estimated amount Rs. 2,891,300 and bid security of Rs. 57,826. Lot 2 covers two single-door refrigerators with estimated amount Rs. 5,289,667 and bid security of Rs. 105,793. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on Punjab e-Procurement System. Incoterm is CIF-PKLI Lahore. Bid security equal to 2% must be submitted electronically. E-bids close on 21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 11:30 AM. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 180 days.
