Procurement of other stores for the Financial Year 2026-27 under a separate contract for the Cost of Others head. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 3,500,000 and fixed bid security is Rs. 105,000. E-bids shall be submitted separately against the respective head through Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted separately against each tender in the name of Section Officer (Accounts-I), S&GAD in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Rates must remain valid until 30 June 2027 and suppliers must provide the required goods as and when required during Financial Year 2026-27 subject to availability or allocation of funds.
