Procurement of I.T. equipment on framework contract basis through Punjab e-Procurement System, comprising MikroTik RouterBOARD or dual bank Gigabit wireless router or equivalent Rs. 674,325 with bid security Rs. 20,229 - SFP fibre optic transceiver Rs. 302,400 with bid security Rs. 9,072 - USB drive 64 GB Rs. 864,000 with bid security Rs. 25,920 - hard drive 500 GB SSD Rs. 999,000 with bid security Rs. 29,970 - 500 GB NVME Rs. 1,015,200 with bid security Rs. 30,456 - WiFi router Rs. 384,750 with bid security Rs. 11,542 - external hard drive 4 TB Rs. 2,268,000 with bid security Rs. 68,040 - external hard drive 1 TB Rs. 1,518,750 with bid security Rs. 45,562 - black and white printer Rs. 8,221,500 with bid security Rs. 246,645 - tablet Rs. 2,713,500 with bid security Rs. 81,405 - mobile phone Rs. 6,075,000 with bid security Rs. 182,250. Total estimated amount is Rs. 25,036,425. Bid securities at 3% of respective lots shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed Bank of Punjab procedure. E-bids close on 20 October 2026 at 02:00 PM and open on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bids and lot-wise samples must be submitted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders may participate in individual lots or all lots and must quote every item within a lot. Samples must be submitted before opening at the specified CTD headquarters office. The lowest evaluated bidder shall be determined on cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot or package. Successful bidders must deposit 10% performance guarantee through e-Procurement System or Bank of Punjab.
