Stationery Framework Contract Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites bids for Annual Framework Contract 2026-27, Lot 1, for supply of Stationery. The allocated amount is Rs. 15 million and bid security is 5%, to be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Bids must be submitted by 17 October 2026 at 01:00 PM and opened at 02:00 PM the same day. Bidders may apply for individual lots or multiple lots but cannot select individual items within a lot. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders only will be opened. Prices must be in PKR, inclusive of applicable supply, service, installation charges and taxes, on DDP basis. Framework contract covers FY 2026-27 and work orders will be issued on need basis.
