Procurement Of Physiotherapy Equipment Phase Two Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Physiotherapy Equipment Phase 2 for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited through EPADS from firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and reflected on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Bidding shall use the single stage two envelope procurement method. The bid security requirement is 2% as specified in the Bid Solicitation Documents. Detailed bidding documents are available through EPADS and must be followed for technical and financial submission. The original bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee must reach the hospital before tender opening and the required non-refundable tender fee is PKR 5,000.
