Providing Fixing Tempered Glass Aluminium Frame Tender Notice
Description
Providing and fixing tempered glass with aluminium frame at the office of Gujrat Waste Management Company in District Gujrat. Estimated cost is PKR 6.225 million and bid security is PKR 311,256, equivalent to 5% of estimated cost. E-bids are invited through EPADS under open competitive bidding using the single stage-two envelope procedure. Eligible firms, contractors and companies must be registered on EPADS and with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax where applicable, and must have a valid PEC licence in the relevant category. Original bid security must be submitted in hard copy by 19 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, while e-bids are to be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on 19 October 2026. A scanned copy of the original bid security must also be attached or entered in EPADS. All items must be quoted and evaluation will be on the whole package. A performance guarantee is required under PPRA Rules, and additional performance security may apply under Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017 where the lowest bid is equal to or less than 5% of estimated cost. Item-wise rates must be clearly quoted and incomplete, ambiguous, unreadable, unsigned or unstamped bids are non-responsive.
