Construction Of Punjab Institute Of Parliamentary Studies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of contractors for construction of Punjab Institute of Parliamentary Studies and Research at Pipal House, Lahore. The approximate cost is Rs. 1330.000 million and the required PEC category is C-1 or above. Applications are invited through the E-Procurement Portal from contractors renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-27 who have repute and experience of executing works of similar nature in the public sector. Prequalification and RFP documents containing evaluation criteria, documentary requirements and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal and PPRA website. Manual submission is not accepted. The closing date for submission of RFP or prequalification documents is 20 October 2026 by closing office hours, while information may be obtained until 17 October 2026. Only pre-qualified contractors will be invited to subsequent tendering. The evaluation committee may prequalify or reject applications according to the prescribed PPRA Rules 2014 with amendments.
