Procurement of laboratory and operational equipment including microscopes with camera - air conditioners - computer systems - printers - laptops - CCTV cameras with monitoring system - multimedia projectors with screens - water dispensers - glass petri plates and assorted furniture and fixtures through single stage two envelope procedure bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS with separate technical and financial proposals along with bid security in form of CDR bank draft pay order or bank guarantee successful bidders must provide performance guarantee bids must comply with procurement rules and be submitted before deadline
