Description
Supply of Electrical Items, Hardware Items and Sanitary Items in three lots for Financial Year 2026-27 through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a), 2004. Estimated costs are Rs. 1,391,669 for Lot-I, Rs. 1,121,367 for Lot-II and Rs. 4,001,850 for Lot-III, with total estimated cost of Rs. 6,514,886. Bid security is 3% of the estimated value of each article or lot, with CDR uploaded on EPADS and original submitted at opening. Bidders must quote item-wise rates and total prices inclusive of applicable taxes. Bids must be uploaded in PDF on EPADS before 21 October 2026 and technical and financial bids will open at 11:30 A.M. on the same day. Eligible bidders must be financially strong manufacturers, stockists or distributors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and present on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, conditional or alternate bids and bids without CDR will be rejected.
