Prequalification Of Local Medicine And Medical Device Vendor Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification and registration of LPDD vendors for Local Purchase of National, Multinational and Imported medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the year 2026-27. Bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System from reputed retail pharmacies holding Drug Sale License on Form 9 and situated within a 20 Km radius of the hospital. The closing date is 20 October 2026 at 1100 AM and opening is at 1130 AM. Performance guarantee is Rs. 50,000. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The original performance guarantee or tender security in the form prescribed in the bidding documents must be delivered to the hospital before closing time. Documents must be properly page-marked, indexed, signed and stamped on each page. Bid validity is 180 days and firms must attach documents according to the Technical Evaluation criteria.
