Hiring Of Mobile Crane Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services of one 25-ton mobile crane for Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited. Sealed bids are invited from firms and contractors registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board for GST or SST. The procurement will use a Single Stage Single Envelope system, with separate envelopes containing post-qualification information marked Technical Bid and the quoted price marked Financial Bid. Bid security equivalent to 2% of bid value is required in favour of Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited in the form of Pay Order. Bidding documents are available on written request upon payment of a non-refundable Rs. 2,000 through Pay Order, Cheque or Cash. Bids must be submitted by 5 November 2026 at 1000 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 1030 AM and Financial bids at 1100 AM on the same day in the presence of bidder representatives. Financial bids of technically rejected bidders will be returned unopened. Late bids will not be entertained and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
