Description
Procurement of Cardiac Surgery Equipment Package No. 19 on DAP basis for establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic PGMI-II at G-11/3, Islamabad under reference P133144. The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the Bidding Document, including Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or bid securing declaration. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0. E-bids must be submitted by 19 October 2026 at 0300 PM and opened at 0330 PM on the same day. Manual submission will not be entertained and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. A Grievance Redressal Committee is notified under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
