Armed Security Guards Supervisors Paa Parachinar Airport Tender Notice

Pakistan Airports Authority, through the HR Section Bacha Khan International Airport, invites bids through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS for provision of 26 private armed security guards who are ex-servicemen and 02 security supervisors who are ex-servicemen at PAA Parachinar Airport under reference P139413. Single Stage-Two Envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents, including Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration. E-bidding documents containing terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available through EPADS. E-bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 27 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submission is not accepted. Pro Tip: Armed security guards, ex-servicemen security personnel, airport security, security supervisors and aviation security service providers should ensure EPADS registration and compliance with bid security and technical requirements.
