Audit Of Financial Statements Of Pta Tender Notice
Description
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority invites RFPs through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of consultancy services for audit of financial statements of PTA. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding will be used with Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. E-bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements and are available through EPADS. RFPs must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and manual submission is not accepted. A Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004, with grievances to be lodged through the EPADS facility within the applicable timeline.
