Government College University Lahore invites e-bids on C&F Lahore basis for separate lots from eligible firms, companies, general order suppliers and manufacturers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and possessing Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2026-27. Lot 1 covers Atomic Force Microscope with estimated cost Rs.48,288,000 and 1% bid security of Rs.482,800. Lot 2 covers Photoluminescence Spectroscopy System with estimated cost Rs.22,720,000 and 1% bid security of Rs.227,200. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid security must be transferred electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bidders must quote every item in each lot, and the lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot.
