Supply of upgraded IT equipment and consumable stationery items including desktop computers, desktop computer server, laptops, flatbed scanners, PVC card printer, color printer, multifunction printer/copier, PVC cards, HP LaserJet M402d 26A toner, HP LaserJet M4003dn toner, LQ-2180 printer ribbons, blank off-white A4 plain cards, A4 80 GSM imported paper, legal-size 80 GSM imported paper, and networking hardware including firewall router, Omada controller, main core switch, PoE switches, Wi-Fi 6 access points, 19-inch rack, patch panel, Cat6 patch cables, patch cords, surge protection PDU and Cat6 cable. Specifications include Intel Core processors, server hardware, SSD storage, Windows operating systems, wireless connectivity, RAID capability, scanning, printing, dye sublimation PVC card printing and network infrastructure equipment. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidding is through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Technical and Financial proposals submitted simultaneously; the Technical Proposal is opened first and the Financial Proposal is opened only for technically qualified bidders. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security of 5% of the estimated procurement value is required in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Registrar National Council for Homoeopathy Rawalpindi. Technical documents include schedule of major equipment, bid security copy and technical details or brochures, while the Financial Proposal includes price proposal, original bid security and schedule of prices. Incomplete or late bids are not entertained, manual bids are not accepted, and only vendors applying through EPADS are eligible for consideration. The buyer may increase or decrease quantities, false statements or concealment of information may result in disqualification, and bids deviating from requirements without earnest money are liable to rejection.
