Disposal Of Vehicles Through E Bids Tender Notice
Description
Disposal of vehicles through E-Bids on an AS IS WHERE IS basis, comprising EAGLE motorcycle Model-2005 vehicle GN-44 with bid security of Rs. 900, LAND ROVER Discovery Model-1995 without registration with bid security of Rs. 100,000, and MAZDA truck Model-1992 vehicle IDE-6328 with bid security of Rs. 86,000. Bids shall be submitted only through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal Systems E-PADS version 2.0. Original sealed earnest money or bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee, valid for 120 days and issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan having A+ or above rating, is required in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad. Vehicles may be inspected at IESCO Motor Pool near 132kV Grid Station Rawal Kashmir Chowk Islamabad during office hours until 14.10.2026. The bid shall remain valid for 120 days from opening. Successful bidders shall deposit the total amount within 10 working days from issuance of LOA and lift the vehicle within 15 working days from issuance of Release Order. Registration with FBR is mandatory. Advance 18% GST if applicable and 10% Income Tax or any other government tax shall apply on the accepted bid. Payment for the successful lot shall be made through CDR in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO. Bidders must upload an undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper with sealed bid security before bid closing.
