Supply, installation with earthing, testing and commissioning of APMS for distribution transformers with ordering code 4, comprising APMS-MC-OTL-025 for 25-KVA distribution transformers with quantity 562 and bid guarantee of Rs. 500,000, APMS-MC-OTL-050 for 50-KVA distribution transformers with quantity 815 and bid guarantee of Rs. 850,000, APMS-MC-OTL-100 for 100-KVA distribution transformers with quantity 160 and bid guarantee of Rs. 1,566,400, and APMS-MC-OTL-200 for 200-KVA distribution transformers with quantity 120 and bid guarantee of Rs. 1,749,600. Electronic bids are invited from registered or prequalified firms with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOS or PPMC as detailed in the bidding documents, without any element of foreign exchange and for free delivery at GEPCO 132-KV Grid Station, GE Road, Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. The procurement shall use Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection under applicable Public Procurement Rules and instructions. Bid guarantees must be submitted in original in the form of Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Executive Officer GEPCO before the E-Bid submission deadline, with a copy attached to the Technical Proposal. E-Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on EPADS by Monday, 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and E-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. Bids remain valid for 60 days and bid guarantees must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Conditional bids, late submissions and bids without required guarantees will be rejected.
