Description
Procurement of drugs medicines medical devices surgical dressings insulin ASV ARV erythropoietin streptokinase and other biological and biotechnological items under framework contracts for healthcare programs. Bidding will be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial proposals through electronic procurement system. Bidders must submit bids online and provide original bid security in the form of bank guarantee CDR pay order or bank draft. Bids will be opened on the same day and must comply with procurement rules and delivered duty paid basis requirements.
