Description
Construction of PCC drain from filtration plant to Janazaygah, Kulya, Shahpur Sadar under approved Annual Development Programme schemes for financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs.1,175,000 and Bid Security is Rs.58,750, representing 5% of estimated cost. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS on item rates basis under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors and firms must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council license of the respective category for 2026-27. Earnest money must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement online system from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Shahpur Sadar. Bidders must quote item-wise rates in figures and words and percentage rates will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 28 October 2026 and opened on the same date. Additional performance security requirements apply where the lowest quoted rates are equal to or less than 5% of DNIT estimated cost.
