Description
Rehabilitation of Kalri to Bhowana Chowk, Tehsil Lalian, District Chiniot, with a road length of 0.75 Km. The estimated DNIT cost is Rs.60.535 million and Earnest Money is Rs.3.027 million. The completion period is 03 months. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and possess a valid renewed PEC license for financial year 2026-27. Bid Security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted only through digital online payment via the Punjab E-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab in favor of Executive Engineer, Highway Division Chiniot. Performance Security of 10% of contract amount is required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of receipt of offer letter through the same digital payment system. Percentage rates above or below estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. Bids must be uploaded through the prescribed e-procurement system and responsive bids will be downloaded and rates announced at 12:00 PM on 24 October 2026. Rigid pavement must use concrete batching plant and concrete paving machine, while TST, DST and surfacing must be executed through mechanized systems.
