Annual Framework Contract for supply and fixing of street light items for Municipal Committee Khanewal. E-Bids are invited from contractors, firms, manufacturers and authorized dealers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, with FBR, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category. The estimated cost is Rs.9,977,044 and Bid Security is 5%, amounting to Rs.498,852, which must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical bid security instruments will not be accepted. Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. E-Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide Performance Security of 10% of Contract Amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee. Bid validity is 120 days.
