Framework contract for supply of medical equipment, instruments, machinery, office furniture and other items for the scheme Provision of Equipment for upgradation of BHU (MNHC) Rehmatabad into RHC Level Health Facility (Maryam Nawaz Hospital) for FY 2026-27. Procurement is on FOR/free delivery at consignee's end basis and is conducted purely through Punjab e-Procurement. Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 22 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items and must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using PSID and uploaded with the Technical Bid.
